Burnout. It’s the hurdle we all face but did you know it also accounts for the reason a large number of startups are not successful? Leaders delegate but so often entrepreneurs are a one-man or one-woman show. Let’s brainstorm ideas that can help at least manage the feeling of burnout when you sincerely have the drive needed to make this dream of yours a reality.


Take a break. It’s really that simple. When was the last time you had two consecutive days of zero work? I’d say you’ve earned it, don’t you think? So take time for self-care. Think of it as your car. If routine maintenance doesn’t happen, your car breaks down. Prevent burnout but taking a break for a day or two or perhaps just an extra hour for yourself tonight? You will never regret the refocus and redetermination you feel to reach even higher!
